The role of the GlobalNet Certification Committee (GCC) is the recognition arm of the specific programs such as training venues and professional education raising the level of competence ultimately onto consumers. To carryout recognition is for; (1) to complement activities of regulatory affair nature, and (2) benchmark education and training based guiding ISO/IEC 17024:2003, for activities that encompass:

• Specific programs requiring recognition to sustain a valid claim in regards to consumers,
• Approval of training venues,
• Provision for recognition of entities and academic institutions to conduct approved programs,
• Includes “Regulatory Affair Practices (RAP)” to recognize professionals conducting accreditation protocols, and addressees
• Accreditation activities that will benefit and honor our Charter.

Benchmarking ISO/IEC 17024 helps in carrying out regulatory affairs activities by equally addressing benchmarks ISO/IEC 17020, ISO/IEC 17021, ISO/TS 22003, ISO/IEC 27006, ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO I5189 for activities that are part of raising competence level for individuals to conduct in example, assays, testing, validation, inspection, certification and other third-party attestation.

For signatories to the Charter, by benchmarking ISO/IEC 17024 provides a demonstrable formal recognition to the competence of individuals to conduct approved training venues.

As a signatory to the Charter, entities may opt to include “Cloud Coverage”; a program to combine RAP signatory and bearer such as to maintain the integrity of the protocol while providing a means to efficiency. The intent of “Cloud Coverage” is to help bona fide entities maintain impartiality, competence and activities while adhering to internationally benchmarks under The GOB authoritative Charter and adhering to benchmarks. “Cloud Coverage” equally assures compatibility of the benchmarks in carrying out the Charter.
