The Resources and Funding Protocol
The GOB | GCC funding process focuses on its Charter to obtains the resources from individual Donors, private industry Funding, and Regulatory Affairs Practice. On a right to know and to this effect we conduct presentations on the Charter of the GOB | GCC, the Regulatory Affair Activities and relevant information, and in this way is part of adhering to our contractual commitments, Charter, Affairs, legal, and regulatory & legal obligations.
The GOB | GCC Grant Process
Organizations, groups, government, and nonprofit entities, and as well we consider professional groups which may include hospitals, Indian tribes, universities, church, continuing education providers, veterans and families to which the use of the GOB | GCC Grants Program, as the resources are available and as these progresses. As a chartered nonprofit authoritative entity, the decision to whom the funds are distributed is the responsibility of The Board of Governance and Directors (in deciding on the grants and eligibility of events, activities, and educational programs).

Our Grants Process is structured to help us comply with:
- Federal and state anti-kickback laws,
- The US Food & Drug Administration (FDA) prohibitions against off-label marketing and promotion, and
- Many other legal acts in adhering to obligations of our Regulatory Affair Activities and the Charter
In considering and complying with applicable regulations anti-kickback laws, we consider matters that relate to the requirements set by HIPAA, Gramm-Leach-Bliley and others which are consider in matters of ethics as these need to be addressed in accordance to the extend and scope of the Charter and Regulatory Affair Activities.
Legal Note: While there are no specific anti-extortion laws, we do consider The Corruption Control Act of 2002 as it sets categories of actions amounting to corruption (and can be viewed as part extortion, Chapter 2) - bribery and extortion are different ailments - see laws relating to sector specifics and considerations may be given under The Federal HOBBS Act and the RICO Act.
