The GOB | GCC is a nonprofit for PUBLIC BENEFIT for charitable purpose. The specific primary purpose is to contribute to the protection of communities and consumers. Under the Las, this protection of communities and consumers provides for accreditation and recognition as for legal entities that conduct certification, inspection, training and similar activities. Specifically, the GOB | GCC Platform operates exclusively within the meaning of Section 501 (c) (3) of the IRS Code.
This government empowerment is that the GOB | GCC is a Department of Justice registered nonprofit chartered legal entity for the chartered purpose to protect communities and consumers. And that is organized to operate free from commercial influence.
Accreditation operates voluntarily, it is not a forceful mandate. Accreditation is recognized worldwide as a means to objectively demonstrate competence in carrying out activities of conformity, testing, inspection et al an endorsement through recognition. Through the GOB, accreditation or recognition needs be truly earned based on its resource structure.
To this effect the following summarizes information and the authority granted to the GOB:
The Mandate to carryout activities namely Regulatory Affair Activities (RAA) encompassing accreditation and recognition within the jurisdictions of the US Federal Government through the State Government of California (501 c 3), Secretary of State as registered with the Attorney General - Department of Justice as a Legal Entity.
The Organization Structure was approved by constitution as a not-for-profit charitable legal entity on September 29 of 2008.
To this effect, the GOB | GCC is an authoritative body to collaborate with government and complementary regulatory activities to protect communities and consumers, and we cite specifically as witnessed whereof by the Secretary of State “to provide conformity assessment certification, inspection, and training venues - services, etc.”
Whereof the GOB is recognized and authorized by the Governments of the State of California and USA Federal Government to carryout donations, fundraising, receive grants, and to provide accreditation and recognition to legal entities signed 25 September 2008 and into effect 29 September 2008 by the Secretary of State.
