The GOB is a PUBLIC BENEFIT Foundation for charitable purpose, a Public Trust. The primary purpose is for the contribution to the protection of communities and consumers. Under the legally binding charter to the protection of communities and consumers, the GOB provides accreditation and recognition for legal entities to conduct certification, inspection, training, product attestation and similar activities. The GOB Platform operates within the meaning of Section 501 (c) (3) of the Department of the Treasury IRS Code.  

As a Public Trust with a legally binding Charter, the GOB is inherently impartial in operating within a free market; we operate free from bias influence.

Accreditation programs operates voluntarily for entities, organizations, institution and bodies that are free from imposing a forceful mandate. Accreditation is recognized worldwide as a means to objectively demonstrate competence in carrying out activities to attest conformity, testing and inspection, et al an endorsement. Through the GOB it is at the highest possible level to protect consumers. Through the GOB, accreditation or recognition needs be truly earned, based on its resource and structure.

To this effect the following summarizes information and the authority granted to the GOB:

    The Mandate to carryout activities namely Regulatory Affair Practices (RAP) encompassing accreditation and recognition within the jurisdictions of the US Federal Government through the State Government of California (501 c 3), Secretary of State as registered with the Attorney General - Department of Justice as a Legal Entity. This jurisdiction extend worldwide through our Global Delegates.

    The Organization Structure was approved by constitution as a not-for-profit charitable legal entity on September 29 of 2008 later advancing to current Public Foundation status. a Public Trust entity,

    To this effect, the GOB is an authoritative body to collaborate with government and complementary regulatory activities to protect communities and consumers, and we cite specifically as witnessed whereof by the Secretary of State “to provide conformity assessment certification, inspection, and training venues - services”  

    Whereof the GOB is recognized and authorized by the Governments of the State of California and the USA Federal Government to carryout donations, fundraising, receive grants and grant, and to provide accreditation and recognition to legal entities signed 25 September 2008 and into effect 29 September 2008 by the Secretary of State. Further, the GOB carries humanitarian projects as decided by the Board of Directors.
