The GOB (GlobalNet Oversight Board) communities and consumer accreditation programs includes certification to current ISO/IEC Guide 65 or national equivalents. The accreditation program for entities to carryout certification and similar activities includes stages for application, reviewing of policies and documents, process evaluation, decision for accreditation and surveillance.

- The scope of activities,
- The authority to carryout specific activities,
